Madonna Tomani, M.D., FACOG

Madonna Tomani, M.D., FACOG is a 1984 graduate of Niagara University. She received her Master of Science in Nursing in 1988 from the State University of Buffalo and graduated as an OB/Gyn Nurse Practitioner. She obtained her Doctor of Medicine degree in 1994 and completed her residency training in 1998, both at the University of Buffalo. She is the recipient of various awards including the Clyde L. Randall Society Award in Gynecology-Obstetrics and the "Women in Medicine" Award for professional contributions in the provision of care to women. Dr. Tomani has been in practice since 1998 and she became board certified in 2001.  She is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, a Clinical Assistant Professor in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry, and AIUM credentialed and trained in Ultrasound.  Dr. Tomani sees patients in our Brighton office.

Mary Jo Spallina, C.N.M., I.B.C.L.C.

Mary Jo Spallina, C.N.M. is a 2001 graduate of the University of Rochester Nurse-Midwifery Program. Her undergraduate degrees include an AAS from Monroe Community College, and a BSN from SUNY Brockport. She is a board certified lactation consultant and a birth educator with 20 years of OB/Gyn experience. The word midwife means to be "with women". Nurse-midwifery practice is the independent management of women's health care, focusing particularly on pregnancy, childbirth, the postpartum period, family planning and the gynecological needs of women.  Mary Jo sees patients in our Brighton, Webster, and Greece offices.

Catherine Falcon, R.N.C.,M.S.,W.H.N.P.

Catherine Falcon, R.N.C., M.S., W.H.N.P. received a Bachelor of Science degree from Loyola University Chicago in 1986 and graduated from the University of Rochester Women's Health Care Nurse Practitioner program in 1995. She is certified as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner and her professional areas of interest include osteoporosis and adolescent health.  Catherine primarily sees patients in our Brighton office.

Laura Richter, Practice Administrator

Laura Richter has over 30 years of health care administration experience.  She was previously employed as an Administrator at the University of Rochester Medical Center and has been with our practice since 1989.  Laura is also fluent in Spanish.
