Best Wishes Dr. Sandy Perry

It is with regret that we advise you that Dr. Sandy Perry will be leaving the practice on March 31, 2012. She will be seeing patients and will continue to give excellent medical care at WGCA up to that point.

Over the next few months, we will continue to make every attempt, both verbally and in writing, to inform all of her patients of her upcoming departure. Our staff is ready to help you schedule your annual GYN appointments or your return OB appointments with our other very capable and well-trained providers at WGCA.

We hope that you will continue to have your OB/GYN home with Women Gynecology and Childbirth Associates, P.C. Please call our office at 585-244-3430 should you have any questions.

Please join us in wishing Dr. Perry good luck and good fortune in her new adventure.

No Show Policy

Effective May 1, 2010, Women Gynecology & Childbirth Associates, PC will put into place a $50 fee for patients who do not show for scheduled appointments and a $100 fee for missed procedures, including ultrasound. This is now being implemented by many practices in the community due to the high rates of missed appointments.

We would appreciate it if you would notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep this appointment, so that we may use the time for other patients. If you need to contact us after hours about a cancellation, please feel free to leave a message on our voicemail system.

As you know, appointments slots are very important to our patients and our providers. When patients fail to keep their scheduled appointments these slots are unused when other patients may have been able to make use of them, even on relatively short notice. By implementing the "No Show" fee, it is our goal to make as many appointments available to our patients as possible, by encouraging all patients to keep their appointments or cancel in advance.

We thank you for your understanding of this policy. Should you have any questions, please contact our Practice Administrator.

Thank you,

The Physicians and staff of Women Gynecology & Childbirth Associates, PC
